National No Housework Day
Finally, a national holiday that I can really enjoy! Put down your brooms, mops, vacuums, and laundry baskets, it is National No Housework Day. You are encouraged to kick back and relax and enjoy a guilt-free day off cleaning. If your husband seems slightly annoyed with the effect that this holiday has on your house, feel free to remind him that today is also National Beer Day, and he should go ahead and celebrate accordingly :)
Oh, now you tell me that. I have been cleaning, ironing doing laundry, and putting out the trash all day. At least it is left-over nite, so I didn't cook yet. I will be sure to let my husband know this and mark it on my calendar for next year.
ReplyDeleteThanks,
Your friend - Kathy
